The volume for American Standard Taper Bored /Bush Sprockets is some what smaller than its British Standard counterpart, hence the Standard stock range reflects this. Dimensions are again to the Metric European series which have been commonly adopted throughout Europe and are in C45 Carbon Steel, and therefore can be Flame or Induction Hardened upon request.
Addtional Tooth sizes can be supplied by utilizing the company's Stock range of Plate Wheels and Welding in a Weld in Taper Bored Hub. Further sizes and design types can be provided through the Small Volume Specialised Manufacturing Unit here in the UK, and large volumes orders serviced from the purpose built factories in Italy.
The company currently has under development a small range of REVERSE taper bored sockets.
Both Ranges are produced in C45 E Uni En 10083-1 and are suitable for Flame & Induction Hardening.
