This Series of Automatic Spring Loaded Tensioners are available in three different design types, and are used to provide continious tension for Roller Chain Drives from 3/8" pitch to 1-1/2" Simple, Duplex & Triplex, via either a Roller Chain plate wheel or Arm Segment and with the additional option of Aluminium Roller that can be fitted to the T and L Series for Tensioning of Vee, Flat and Timing Belt Drives.

This type can be supplied fitted with any of the following:
Arc Segment for Roller chains
Roller Chain Plate wheel assembly -15 tooth
Aluminium Roller for Vee Belt -Poly Vee Belt , Flat or Timing Belts
Or We can modify Any Drive sprocket or Pulley to suit this Arm
Aluminium Box (Spring)L Series

This type can be supplied fitted with any of the following:
Arc Segment for Roller chains
Roller Chain Plate wheel assembly -15 tooth
Aluminium Roller for Vee Belt -Poly Vee Belt , Flat or Timing Belts
Or We can modify Any Drive sprocket or Pulley to suit this Arm

These are supplied complete with a Arc Segment for Simplex, Duplex & Triplex Roller Chains
